FOOD - RECIPES

Grilled Aubergine with Feta and Salmon
Ingredientes
4 Slices of Smoked Salmon
4 Ounces feta Cheese
2 Tomatoes
1 Clove garlic
1/4 Cup olive oil
Salt and Peper
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, tomatoes salt and pepper, and cook about 10 minutes.Slice aubergine and grill.
When grilled cover them with feta cheese, tomato sauce and the smoked salmon roll them up and put a stick.
